Unit 15b Felspar Road, Tamworth
Our Amington site is home to a state-of-the-art Materials Recycling Facility, purpose-built for the processing of commercial and industrial waste. The facility features a fixed plant that sorts, screens, shreds, and bales recyclable materials, supported by systems for fire suppression and dust/odour control. The building includes well-appointed office and welfare facilities, including a canteen and staff amenities. Outside, a large concrete yard accommodates operational storage bays and a dedicated weighbridge, with separate areas for parking and vehicle access. Fully secured and environmentally permitted, this site plays a key role in helping our customers move toward Zero Waste to Landfill.
Unit 15a Felspar Road, Tamworth
Located just off Felspar Road, this dedicated facility supports our main MRF operations by focusing on the baling and storage of waste paper and cardboard. The site features a large industrial unit with dock-loading bays and a fixed conveyor system for efficient waste transfer and processing. Baled materials are handled via forklift access, with operations carried out in the extensive concrete yard space. While the site includes a two-storey office block and a small brick workshop, the core focus is on streamlined recycling operations. Fully secured and screened by mature trees, this site plays a key role in our closed-loop recycling process.


Anchor Sidings, Tamworth
Our Glascote site is a dedicated scrap metal processing facility, equipped with a fixed processing plant, in-pit weighbridge, and secure yard space. The site includes a basic industrial workshop for non-ferrous metal handling and a single-storey office building with staff welfare facilities. With a long industrial heritage, the site now operates within a residential area, accessed via a shared entrance. The yard, fully concreted with drainage to interceptors, offers space for vehicle circulation, material storage, and metal processing. Secured by a mix of steel gates, fencing, and boundary walls, this facility plays a key role in our metal recycling operations.
Units 1a, 1b & 8 Felspar Road, Tamworth
This versatile site in Tamworth is divided into two functional units within a modern industrial building. Unit 1A is being developed into a dedicated vehicle and plant maintenance workshop, while Unit 1B is currently used for the secure storage of confidential waste pending destruction, with plans to expand into non-ferrous metal operations. The building features LED lighting, roller shutter doors, and a shared concrete yard for parking and access. Fully enclosed by steel palisade fencing and bordered by mature trees, this site enhances both our fleet operations and secure waste handling capabilities.
Unit 8 is currently an open storage yard (0.48 acre), which is secured on three boundaries with steel palisade fencing, and open to Units 1a & 1b on the western side.
Concrete bay walling for segregated material storage has been installed at the western end of the property.


Plot 13 Felspar Road, Tamworth
This purpose-prepared yard in Tamworth offers high-quality, fully concreted open storage with integrated drainage to interceptors. Secured by steel palisade fencing and lockable gates on all boundaries, the site is currently used for efficient skip storage to support our operational network. Unit 12 is a specialist hazardous waste transfer station, fully equipped for the safe storage, processing, and transfer of high-risk materials. The site includes industrial units for waste handling, supported by office space, laboratories, and staff welfare facilities. Secure yard space provides vehicle access for loading and unloading, with roller shutter and dock-loading bays designed for efficiency and safety. Enclosed by steel palisade fencing and operated under strict environmental permits. This site is currently leased to a major UK waste group.


Unit 12a, Fourways, Atherstone
This modern freehold property consists of a modern industrial unit (with five roller shutter doors) and a two-storey office accommodation, secured with steel palisade fencing and automated gates.
